Asce and Other Stories

Jean Ross

About this Book

Julianna Monroe watches quietly as the spires and towers of her new home slowly come in to view. Dark, gray clouds loom over the empty streets of Asce. After being kicked out of her home in Isumbard, she has no choice but to work as a servant in this plague-torn country. But Julianna has no intention of staying here for long. While she plots her escape, she learns that not everything in Asce is what it seems, and secrets cannot lay hidden forever.

All proceeds from this collection of stories goes to Friends of Children’s Hospital to benefit the Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi on behalf of the students of East Rankin Academy and By The Vine Press.
